Just wasted my money thinking this was a program that could convert my iTunes movies to MP4 or MOV format

Purchased it to convert .TS files (saved on a drive of my satellite video recorder) so I could watch them on my Mac. It also plays .TS files.

Save your money. This app does not do what it says it does. I wish I could get my money back.

I like this app.you can play almost format movie by this app. and ,i need watch movie by my ipad,but my the new ipad cant play avi,wmv,rmvb movie.so I use this app to convert those movie to mp4.

i read the supported formats included m4v but i didnt find m4v ,,,cheap lied people need help

I bought this to convert .264 to a playable format it states it is with this IT IS NOT DOES NOT WORK I WANT MY $4.99 BACK!

åThis app does not work! what a ripoff! this is the second app i have bought today . im trying to play a wmv video but all i get is the audio (so much for the player) and the convertor doesnt work either! it gives an error everytime i try to conver it to any format! i will dispute the charges!!!

I would avoid this app. I read the reviews that discuss both the pros and cons of this app and decided to give it a try with converting a file to use in iMovie. For me, the app has failed to convert the file 100% of the time. I ended up paying a little more and going with Flip4Mac. Id recommend skipping this app and finding one that has more reliability.

I have no problems! Works great.. Ive only used it for .avi

I purchased this App, hoping that it would be able to convert and open .wmv files. I tried converting a .wmv video to .mp4 but it says that the conversion has failed. I tried out the converting feature with other .wmv videos but they all fail to convert. I also tried to open the .wmv video as itself because it is a Movie player as well. What do I get? No movie. No window. Nothing. I high recommend you search for another app if youre looking forward to convert .wmv files to .mp4 files.

Im trying to make a quick movie for my friends, but I have an old camera that automatically saves videos as MPGs. iMovie wouldnt take them. I decided to convert them to mP4s, found this app, and its worked flawlessly thus far. I have validated that iMovie can now understand these files and Im on my way to making my movie. I recommend this app, but judging by the other reviews, I guess you have to be careful depending on exactly what youre trying to do.

One of the biggest frustrations of the Mac is trying to play anything thats not Quicktime -- with which Ive always been pretty much underwhelmed. I needed to be able to play an AVI file so I could show a presentation to my Rotary Club that I had seen at our District Conference. The file of course wouldnt work in Quicktime. But Player and Converter Movie worked perfectly. Ive now used it with two different AVI files and its rock-solid. No dropout, no freezing up, no jitters. Just go to the task bar and open the file. I cant say how it works with other formats, but it works beautifully with AVI. Thanks to the developers and thanks to the App store for making this quick rescue available!

Doesnt do what it is supposed to.

I didnt read the reviews before I bought this app. Sure wish I did now that nothing that this app should do works.

I am new to Apple MAC. I was looking for app to run my .wmv files. I saw this app and believed that it was good from the description; every app on the apple store was tested before placing it there, and even putting a price on it. I did not see the Caveat by those who purchased the app before. The app did not work. it only came to my tray and veneer displayed the video it was supposed to play. This is fraud app, and should be removed from the apple store.
